Our Preview Set is for comparing layouts and discussing preliminary site fit, not for construction or an approval submission. Accurate dimensions of all rooms are provided along with external elevations which show details such as windows, doors, wall materials and roof style. These sets are priced low in order to allow for multiple sets to be purchased for comparison purposes. Set includes:
- Dimensioned floor plans in PDF format
- External elevations in PDF format
Working Set
Our working sets include all of the above plus the addition of CAD files. The Working Set adds editable DWG/AutoCAD files for your chosen professional to adapt the design. Purchasing these files does not include completed site-specific working drawings, structural engineering, energy assessments or approval submissions unless separately agreed. CAD files are provided to allow you the flexibility to chose your own designer to finalise the drawings or you may contact us for a quote to complete your working drawings for you. Set includes:

Can I use my own designer or builder?
Take the selected files to your own suitable professional, confirm software compatibility and agree who will complete site-specific drawings, engineering and any required approvals. AHDG custom drafting and site-specific approval drawings are offered only in Australia.
Can I build the plan more than once?
The published Copyright Agreement describes ordinary purchases as licensed for one build, with separate repeat-use provisions and an exception for eligible Builders Packages with CAD files. Check your exact package; editable files do not by themselves grant repeat-build, resale or redistribution rights. Read the Copyright Agreement.
What should I do after download?
Review the dimensions and elevations, confirm your permitted use, then arrange local site review and any necessary adaptation before construction. Compare PDF and CAD house plans.
