The idea for Australian House Designs Group came about because we wanted to create a streamlined system for people to buy ready-made house plans.  In doing this, we can save our clients thousands of dollars in design fees and weeks of expensive down time.  All of our plans come completely ready for building approval.  Just choose the house you like the look of and receive your drawings within hours of purchase.   All of our house designs can be modified or amended to suit your needs.Extra bedrooms, different facade, more floor area.  No problem.  We can have your amended plans sent to you within 24 hours. 

All of the house floor plans that you see on our website are designed and owned by us and are examples of some of our best work.  We have an Open Building Design licence with QBCC (Queensland Building & Construction Commission) which means we are qualified to design anything from a granny flat up to a multi-unit high rise building and everything in between.  Our licence number is 1312117.
