After more than 30 years in the industry, our co-founder Dave Pasquariello identified a major problem in the traditional design process: it was slow, expensive, and unnecessarily stressful for clients.

So, we decided to change that.

By creating a system where clients can instantly purchase high-quality, build-ready house plans*, we’ve completely transformed the way Australians design and build their homes.

We offer two options:

1. Preview Set - use this set to see your designs floor plan dimensions as well as the external elevations from all sides of the building

2. Working Set - CAD files. These files can be used to modify your plan and complete the working drawings ready for council submission and building. 

Here at AHDG we offer you the full flexibility to either use us to complete your working drawings for you or you may take your CAD files to your own local designer who can then complete them for you.
