INDIVIDUALS

Here at AHDG we offer a Premium service to make the process of buying professional home designs faster, easier, and more affordable — saving our clients thousands of dollars and weeks of waiting time.

Choose the digital package listed for your design:
✅ Preview Set: dimensioned floor plans and external elevations in PDF format
✅ Working Set: adds editable DWG/AutoCAD files
✅ Use your own suitable professional or request a separate quote for Australian site-specific drafting.

CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE
We turn your ideas into reality with our fully custom home design service. Whether you’re building your forever home, an investment project, or a multi-unit development, our team brings over 70 years of combined experience and full QBCC licensing to every project.
We prepare custom house designs and drafting documentation to the scope agreed in your written quote or contract. Site-specific requirements and approvals must be confirmed separately; a design purchase does not provide approval to build.

BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS

Are you a builder, developer, or building broker looking to expand your portfolio, attract more clients, and save thousands in design fees? At Australian House Designs Group, we offer exclusive Builder Display Packages — complete sets of professional designs and marketing materials at unbeatable one-off prices.

✅ Instant Downloads – Access your chosen designs immediately after purchase.
✅ Fully Modifiable Plans – CAD files included so you can adapt designs for local council or client needs.
✅ Unlimited Use Licence – Market, sell, and build from our designs as many times as you wish.
✅ Huge Selection – Choose any design* from our website to suit your client base and build style.
✅ One-Off Payment – No subscriptions or re-purchase fees — ever.
✅ Complete transparency - Anyone claiming to offer ready-to-build plans the moment you purchase their drawings online are misleading their customers. Don't be fooled by this! You WILL need to engage a designer to finalise each design for each client.

Custom Designs

Bring your vision to life with a truly bespoke home design crafted by the experienced team at Australian House Designs Group. With over 70 years of combined industry experience and full QBCC licensing, we offer custom house design and site-specific drafting in Australia, with the drawing scope and included revisions set out in your written quote or contract. Additional changes are quoted separately. Structural engineering, soil reports, energy assessments and council fees are excluded and must be arranged separately. Your project team must confirm applicable local requirements, supporting documents and submission responsibilities. Approval is determined by the relevant authority or certifier and is not guaranteed by a drawing package.
