What you are buying
A ready-made plan is a starting design, not a set of drawings approved for construction on your property. Check each product listing for its exact files and inclusions before buying. Where a plan includes editable CAD files, your local designer can use them when adapting the layout. A local qualified professional must review the design for your site, applicable building rules and any planning or permit requirements before you build.

Buying from the United States
