Preview Set
Our preview set is ideal for checking building suitability. Accurate dimensions of all rooms are provided along with external elevations which show details such as windows, doors, wall materials and roof style. These sets are priced low in order to allow for multiple sets to be purchased for comparison purposes. Set includes:

• Dimensioned Floor Plans
• All external elevations
  

Working Set
Our working sets include all of the above plus the addition of CAD files. CAD files are required in order to make design changes, finalise construction and engineering drawings as well as council approval. CAD files are provided to allow you the flexibility to chose your own designer to finalise the drawings or you may contact us for a quote to complete your working drawings for you. Set includes:

• CAD files
