Choose the files you need

A Preview Set can help you compare designs before you meet a builder: check the product listing for its included dimensioned floor plans and elevations. Bring the PDF to a builder to discuss the layout, possible site fit and a preliminary cost range. A Preview Set is not a construction or approval drawing.

If you want to change the design, check whether the product offers a Working Set with editable CAD files. You can take those files to your own builder or designer to adapt the layout and features to your budget, block and requirements. Files and prices vary by product and selected option, so confirm the exact inclusions before purchase.

Before you build

A ready-made design has not been finalised for your site. Your chosen local professional must check the design against your property and local requirements, complete any site-specific working drawings and arrange the necessary approvals before construction.
